[Elecraft] K2 PLL reference Oscillator range overly large

I realize that the range upper limit has been expanded several times, but I
am seeing well in excess of what has been currently posted as being
acceptable.  Currently I am reading
12100.48 kHz for the Ref. High Frequency
12082.70 kHz for the Ref. Low Frequency
for a delta of 17.78 kHz.
Is this too great a spread?  Any ideas as to why it is so large or what can
be done to bring it back in range?  This is a K2 with the temp compensated
PLL upgrade.

I have several other problems at this point,(strange spot behavior among
others) but want to take them one at a time.  Receiver seems to work well
and both 4 MHz oscillator and VCO alignment went just fine.  BFO Alignment
and VFO Linearization went fine. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
