[Elecraft] Source for HP 8640B Sig Gen Manual

Hi,

I have an HP 8640B SigGen that works fb, except that the hf (10MHz - 512 
MHz) part of the exteral signal counter is non-functional. I'd like to 
see if I can do something about getting it to work, but need some pages 
out of the manual before attemting to work on it. If you know where I 
can find the info, I'd appreciate it.

BTW, I have the manual for the military version of the 8640B (AN/USM323) 
on CD, but that version does not include the external count feature ;-(
