[Elecraft] K2 Frequency calibration

I just finished adjusting frequency calibration using the method 
described by  Wayne Burdick.

It worked just fine, although adjustment of C22 is very touchy!  I 
managed to get 10.000.03 MHz WWV .  (The .03 may be due to my middle 
aged CW-only ears)

This more than a factor of 10 better than before.

I had been wanting to do this along with a minor adjustment of my filter 
settings for a couple of weeks now.  I was saving up tasks to removing 
the screws and setting up spectrogram would be worth the effort.  :-)
