If you don't care if there is a small display error of say 20-30 Hz,
then note that there is a large difference in how the display of a
receiver looks and feels depending on whether it shows 9999.70 or
10000.30 kHz.

Mine was too low intially and then I put some (not much) effort into
tweaking the 4 MHz oscillator, but ended up too high. Still I am much
more happy with it now, because as I press the Rate button, it shows
10000.3 and then 10000., which is much better than 9999.7 and 9999!
