My answer is "all of the above except the third one".
But the way to make our voices heard with the ARRL leadership on these issues
(whatever our position on them) is to write/email/talk to/elect the Directors
and Vice Directors. It's easy to email any and all of them - their email
addresses are all in every issue of QST. I let all of them from W5JBP on down know
my concerns.
If you're a member, mention it. If not, tell them why not.
Personally I chose the BPL issue as most important, because if BPL gets
implemented on a wide scale none of the others will matter at all.
