[Elecraft] Pin 1 Problem?

While true that it was addressed back in Nov 1999 (at the end of the KSB2
Field Test), BUT it is currently not in the KSB2 manual nor on the errata
sheet.  Those building the KSB2 for the first time have no clues that it
even exists, and that is the problem.

There are several instances where the option manuals have not kept up with
the upgrades now on the K2.  Perhaps the option manuals need to be
re-written reflecting the post 3000 SN design.
