Dave,

If your FL1 is not aligned properly it will attenuate your transmit signal.

I suggest that you complete the calibrations and get the filters centered
correctly before you go chasing this problem.  I felt the same way and a
filter alignment with Spectrogram was all it took to fix the problem.
