A temperature coefficient of i.e. N750 means -750 ppm/C. So the nominal value
of the capacitor will decrease (N = negative) of 750 parts of a million (ppm)
if the temperature increase 1 degree.

A sample? You use a capacitor with 100nF at 20C with a temperature
coefficient of N750 and you want to know the change and right value at 25C
(temperatur difference = 5 degree).

          750 x 100nF x 5
change = --------------- = 0.375nF = 375pF
          1,000,000

value at 25C = 100nF minus 375pF = 99.625nF

P.S. I hope I have no typo in my calculation. ;o)
