[Elecraft] KNB2 does not work on my power line noise

Apparently all noise blankers are not the same.

From time to time, I have some weak line noise.  My FT-1000MP NB works
great on taking out the noise with the NB level set just at the blanking
threshold.  My K2's blanker works, but not as good as the MP on line
noise.  My IC-756Pro2's blanker is useless on line noise unless the NB
level is full tilt, but then it distorts the desired signals badly.
