[Elecraft] SWR Bridge Null Adjustment (C1)

Hello 'Crafters,

I have completed the KPA100 and see initial checks perform as per the =
manual.  I am to the point of adjusting SWR for 1.0-1 and cannot get =
that value.  I am on 7.040 with power level 5.0W.  When I first hold =
Tune the display shows 5.1 4.2-1.  Adjusting C1 lowers the power reading =
and also brings SWR down to no less than 3.0-1.=20

T4 is wound correctly 12 turns, good spacing, and leads inserted =
correctly and continuity checks ok.  RFC10 physically looks like RFC1 =
but "101" is not stamped on it, just TUBE and F32.  RFC1 has also F32 on =
it.  All wiring in the vicinity appears ok.

Needless to say, I am at a loss.  Any comments?
