My sentiments exactly!
Of course, the bean counters at Elecraft are also the electrical designers,
the janitors, the purchasing agent, the customer service managers, and the
marketing managers among other things. Just keeping the components arriving
in a timely fashion is a daunting task. Semiconductors can become obsolete
during lunchtime! Many people have said you will never get rich selling
stuff to hams. It is really a love of the hobby that propels people in such
directions. The same investment money would no doubt give a better return
in any bank or fund. Not as much fun, however. Thanks Eric and Wayne.
