[Elecraft] LCR Meter

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned using an antenna analyzer to make
these measurements. I have an Autek VA1, and it can make resistance,
inductance and capacitance measurements at any frequency up to 35 MHz.
Plus, I get to use it on my antennas, too!
