[Elecraft] Reading my DMM

Hi Jeff,
I assume that this test is to check that there are no shorted pads on 
the circuit board and that '1' on your meter equates to 'open circuit'. 
Any brief numbers that you see prior to the meter settling at '1' are 
probably due to a capacitor somewhere in the circuit briefly charging. 
I suspect this is normal behaviour, but as a K2 rather than K1 owner I 
don't have one to hand to confirm.
