[Elecraft] K2 #3930 No RF Out

1) Voltage checks are in specification
2) Components appear correct.
3) Soldering appears OK. Were any even remotely questionable they were
reheated.
4) Verified all turn counts on T1,T2,T3, and T4 and thier connection points.
5) Testing with the rf probe we found the following:
	Drive to the two finals:
	2.3Vrms base of  Q7
	2.54Vrms base of Q8
	RF voltage on the collectors:
	.110Vrms collector of Q7
	.100Vrms collector of Q8
Bias voltage to the two devices is within specification.
Emitter measures 0.0 ohms to ground.

I don't really have a clue as to how to test the pa transistors, Q7 and Q8
in circuit.
