[Elecraft] N4PY K2 Software

Forgive the ignorance, but what radio does this? My SB303/401 combo 
didn't, but then they were designed in the 60's/70's. I know my K2 
doesn't allow it. is this something new (since I bought MY D-104 back 
in 1974)?
