[Elecraft] N4PY K2 Software

My N4PY Software keys the K2 by sending characters to the K2 over the serial
port. I do not raise any line in the serial cable for keying. I send
serial port commands to the radio and let the firmware K2 firmware key the
radio. This would not be a disaster for contesting as you would likely use
the logging program and not my control program to key the radio. My program
will only key the radio if you tell it to.
