Hi Bob,

KeySpan web site at "The USB adapter for Palm, Pocket PC and Sharp PDAs" page
  has comments as follow.
   Need connect other serial devices that are not PDAs
   or Wacom tablets? Use the Keyspan USB High Speed Serial Adapter
   to connect your serial devices.

"Keyspan USB High Speed Serial Adapter" is meaning USA19QW.
