[Elecraft] Elecraft Net Report/2 for February 16, 2004

Tuned around for Kevin at 0300Z on +/-7.045 MHz and he was not to be
heard.  At about 0305Z I heard Tom, N0SS calling "CQ ECN", so I checked
in with him.

The net lasted for over an hour and Kevin finally checked in just before
0400Z, but didn't appear to be copying anyone.

I didn't keep an accurate record, but this is from my chicken scratches
of those I heard that checked in:

They were a mixture of K1s and K2s, with one KX1 (W0NTA, I believe).
