[Elecraft] Elecraft Net Report/2 for February 16, 2004

Howdy Jim,
    I thought 20 meters was noisy :)  But I didn't hear another operator using CW on 
ECN/2.  I wonder why there were no takers for all of my CQ CQ CQ ECN ECN DE 
KD5ONS?  Well I tried and will try again next week.  Maybe the bands were just very, 
very bad this evening.
