[Elecraft] Problem with 40-Meter Transmitter Alignment

Hello:
Am having a problem with the 40-Meter Transmitter Alignment on my K2
SN#3930.
When I place the system in the TUNE position, I am getting no power out,
as indicated on the built in/external watt meter.
Myself and W4ATK did troubleshooting on the system today and found that
I have RF voltage from the transmit mixer through the buffer and on
through the band pass filter.
The signal is also not adjustable when the power pot. is adjusted. It
remains at one level.
I have excellent receive on all bands.
Any ideas from the group would be appreciated.
