Nigel,

You may want to start all over and reset the AGC threshold, then do the CAL
S Hi and CAL S Lo.  The threshold will change the S-Meter sensitivity
drastically.

If you really want to have S-9 at 50 uV, you may have to play with all 3
settings a bit (AGC Threshold, CAL S Hi and CAL S Lo - they DO interact).

With my newly finished XG1 I am getting a big difference in the Cal S Hi and
Lo settings when calibrating my K2 sn 03029 at 50uV per the XG1 manual (Rev
C) compared to the K2 manual (Rev D) method.
