[Elecraft] K2 XG1 50uV Calibration Query

Greetings Friends

With my newly finished XG1 I am getting a big difference in the Cal S Hi =
and
Lo settings when calibrating my K2 sn 03029 at 50uV per the XG1 manual =
(Rev
C) compared to the K2 manual (Rev D) method.

This K2 has kat2, knb2 and kaf2 installed.   (Kat2 set at ATU CalS =
during
measurements.)  The mds measured was -140dbm. (1.87v & 0.039v on ext =
speaker
jack).  All XG1 assembly resistor value checks were ok.

The initial settings (preamp ON)per the K2 manual page 46 (pin5 U2 =3D =
3.7V)
were CalS Hi =3D 012(bar 10 on), Lo =3D 187(bar 1 flickering).   With =
these
settings and the XG1 set at 50uV (preamp ON) bar 10 was solidly on.  =
Turning
off the Preamp showed bar 9 on (S9+30?) Turning on the Attenuator =
(-10db)
brought it back to bar 6 on (S9 indication)

If CalS Hi and Lo were adjusted per the XG1 manual (preamp ON) the =
settings
were 026 (bar 6 on) and 181 (bar 1 flickering) respectively but then =
with
the RF Gain turned ccw and no signal the highest bar to light is bar 5.

Am I missing something, or does the XG1 have a >50uV output or do I just =
use
the original CalS settings and know I need to turn the attenuator on to =
get
a comparative S9 reading?

Thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated
