[Elecraft] HELP

Hello to all.              =20
     I am on page 74  Transmitter Alignment, there is no output "power" =
on 80 and 30 meters. I have gone back `through toroids and component =
values placement and soldering. I have found problems repaired them and =
even made new problems. But still adjusting L3, L4 OR L8, L9 make no =
diffrence in there respected bands. Any help would be appreicated.
