[Elecraft] RMA flux

RMA= Rosin, Mildly Activated.

It's what's used in many high volume board assy plants (including
the ones I've worked in) and I'd not have any concern using it in hobby
electronics.  Cleaning is optional as it's not as aggressive as RA fluxes.
