Whatever you decide on, take a look on e-bay first, lots of pretty good
deals there, if you know what is a good price Vs. a not so good price.

I'm a slow learner, and sometimes I make the same mistake more than
once.  As I approach retirement, however, I have finally learned three
things from life:

1) Sometimes there are things that you just have to do, no matter how
tired you are and how much you don't want to do them.

2) When you do a job, do it right.

3) Never buy cheap tools.

I can't count the number of crappy meters I've had.  Now I have a Fluke,
and every time I use it, I congratulate myself on my wisdom.
