[Elecraft] Appalachian Trail Award Updates

Hello,

 There are new changes made to The Appalachian Trail Awards. We are now
allowing contacts during certain contest that promote portable operations.

Contacts made during any of the following contests will be allowed! All the
below contest have portable categories to promote Portable operations in the
Outdoors. If you know of any other contest that promotes portable operations
outdoors please drop me an e-mail with the contest name.

FYBO in February 2004
QRP To The Field in April 2004
Telephone Area Code (TAC) in June 2004
Field Day (QRP ARCI Only) in June 2004
The Great Colorado Gold Rush in July 2004
Flight Of The Bumblebees in July 2004
New England QRP A Field in September 2004


 Now I would like to quickly apologize to all the people that received an AT
Award already. I did make a post last year about re-issuing new awards. Well
with all the family problems that I had in the past 11 months I,
unfortunately, let the re-issues slip through the cracks. Hopefully I will
be fixing that problem very shortly.
