Another company that supplies most diodes is ON Semiconductor (formally =
Motorola).  Truth be told, Almost all of the discreet semiconductors =
come from the same sweatshops overseas and the various semiconductor =
companies just re-badge them with their own labels.  I like buying from =
ON because of all the semiconductor companies, they have one of the =
tightest quality screening processes in place and as a result, they weed =
out almost all of the bad or marginal components.  ON semi's are now =
available at Digikey but if you are looking to buy in quantity, Newark =
will usually be cheaper. =20
