[Elecraft] Marote 2.3 released, GUI changes and bug fix

Sorry for all the updates.  But with the holidays I have time to work on the 
program more.  I tend to release things when I have something that works 
since I never know when I will be able to get time to work on it again.

This version has a bug fix related to logging.  But mainly it has some GUI 
changes to make logging easier to use.
