[Elecraft] K1 for 17/15 question

The 4 band board is really two sets of two bands where each band set
always has the cap for the the higher of the two bands permanently
switched in, and the lower band cap(s) added when the lower band is
selected (see schematic on-line). With a little fiddling, you can come up
with a wide variety of configurations.
