[Elecraft] K2 4196 control board issue

Hi.  Finished the control board last night...went together very 
smoothly!  All looks FB except resistance checks on Q1 and Q2 collectors 
are reading in the 200k-300k range with my cheapie DMM instead of the 
stated '> 1M'.  Everything else is in tolerance.

I looked for evidence of sloppy soldering, backwards transistors, etc, 
and it all looks good.  Any pointers?  (I did check the meter with a 1M 
resistor...it's reading ok)  Do I even worry about it at this stage?
