[Elecraft] Scan on 60 Meters

I have noticed that in scan mode all five of the frequencies on 60 meters 
come up in fast AGC mode even though they may have originally been set in slow 
AGC mode.  If I go out of scan mode and set the frequency for slow AGC mode, it 
will stay in slow AGC.  Is this normal to scan only in fast AGC mode?  

When I first programmed these five memory frequencies, I already had 28.0 Mhz 
in one of the memory slots.  I do not know how to get rid of this frequency.  
It scans along with the other 5 frequencies.  Is there a way to erase the 
28.0 Mhz frequency so I am only scanning the 60 meter channels?
