[Elecraft] K2 Ser 4175

Thanks Don, I though I was right but just wanted to double check.  I have
been having problems with the PLL not locking up.  While verfiying RP2 & RP6
I see that I had the wrong value caps for C84 & C85.  Change them and now
everything is falling into place HOORAY! Been fighting this for a few days
now.
