I am still having problems getting the PLL to lock up. I have discovered
that if I keep the freq counter connected it locks up fine.  I am checking
to ensure that I have the correct parts in the right place and have a
question about RP2 and RP4 part numbers.  The following is the ID of RP2 -
83C103 316 and RP6 - 83C104 251 that I have and neither is listed this way
in my manual.

Can someone please confirm the above for me.
