[Elecraft] kx1 - flux cleaner

Assuming board cleaning is a good idea, just what does one use to remove that 
excess rosin?

In the assembly of my KX1 I do not see any step that instructs me to clean the
board of excess flux.  I was wondering if elecraft endorses the idea or not
like their position on no-clean flux.
