I know I am preachin' to the choir, but just gotta say, kudos for the fine
service from Elecraft.

While trying to remove a lead on a cap to straighten it out I pushed the lead
right up through the top of the soft (who knew?) outer casing.  I called them
up and they are mailing out a replacement with no charge or problem.  Looks
like they have decided that the pennies they soak up in such an instance is
worth it for a satisfied client (thought I was happy to pay if they had asked,
it was my fault, not theirs).

Again, kudos to Elecraft.
