[Elecraft] K2 Dial Unlock Frequency Jump Anomaly

I was testing the K2's Dial Lock function this evening, which I will be 
using for HF walking portable work. I noticed one anomaly and one not so 
good feature.

1) Lock the dial. Turn the dial. Unlock the dial. The frequency jumps. I 
would think this was a bug.

2) Locking the dial takes a long press of the lock button. Good. Unlocking 
the dial only requires a momentary touch. Not so good, if you may bump it.

Any of this improved in the later firmware??
