The DSP works really well on CW. The filters are sharp and pretty easy to
set up just the way you like. They do not exhibit ringing and you can choose
either 'hard' of 'soft' skirts for all four filters. The Noise Reduction is
a plus for CW as well. You have the ability to step through four different
'strengths' of the de-noiser. I'm still not thrilled with any DSP for phone
as I think they all impart artifacts that make the signal harder to listen
to sometimes. For CW, however, the DSP filter is a real plus.

I have no idea of how the filters work on PSK31 as I do not use my K2 on
digital modes much, but I'm think that phasing issues may be a problem. Not
my area of expertise, so I'll leave this to others.
