Hi Folks:

If anyone's looking for a bit of fun this afternoon, give the Missouri QSO 
Party a try THIS AFTERNOON!!!

I (N0SS) will be operating /M from several (kinda) rare Missouri counties 
in and around mid-Missouri... and I'll be looking for some Elecraft-owner QSOs.

I'll operate CW ONLY, around 40kHz up from the bottom of the 15/20/40 meter 
bands (21.040/14.040/7035-7045). Though I will NOT operate on 7040!!! I'll 
be +/- 3-5kHz of 7040 later in the afternoon (maybe around 2300Z), but I'll 
probably concentrate on 20M as that seems to be where most of the action's 
been (at least yesterday). I will set me operating frequency based upon 
activity and QRM, so TUNE YOUR VFO +/- 5kHz or so, looking for me and other 
Missouri stations.

I will be driving thru a number of counties, so if you're interested in 
either working several Missouri counties or just working me for the fun of 
it, please feel free to give me a call when you hear my CQing... and I will 
be CQing a LOT! My CW speed will be 23-26 WPM,  but I will QRS (or QRQ for 
that matter) to MATCH the speed of the station calling me, so don't let the 
speed scare you off... call at YOUR COPYING speed and I'll try to match it.

I'll be active from 1800Z until about 0000Z today and hope to work a number 
of Elecraft readers/operators.

Oh... the exchange from me to you will be RST (599), QSO #, and usually a 
3-letter abbreviation for the current county of operation (changes 
periodically, so ask what county's coming up). YOUR exchange sent to me 
will be RST QSO # and your 2-letter STATE.
