[Elecraft] R6 in KAT2 assembly

I'm putting together the KAT2 to go with my K2.  In the control board 
assembly, page 4, second item is to install R3, R4, and R5.  The item 
specifically notes that R5 and R6 are very similar and not to confuse 
the two.  The item does not call for the installation of R6.

A little later on page 7, when the two boards are mated to align the 
connectors, it mentions that R5 and R6 are vivsible.  I can't find any 
item which calls for the installation of R6.  I'm guessing it should 
have been installed along with R3-5.  Did anyone else notice that?
