[Elecraft] Delight in building!

K2 # 4090 is slowly coming to life!  I got up to the point tonight where
I connected the front panel and control circuits to the RF board, put
the bottom cover on and fired her up!

Glad to say no smoke escaped into the aether !!  And I really like the
ELECrAFt display on the LCD ... way cool!

One question for you tried and true K2 builders out there.  Did you
bother to build and use the voltage probe; or did you just use your
DMM/VOM?  I am tempted to skip this part and just use my tried and
trusty DMM/VOM.  Whats says the consensus?
