[Elecraft] K2/100 Power Calibration Question

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I can accurately calibrate my KPA100's power indication EITHER at high 
power (20-100 W) OR at low power (0.1-10 W) but not both.  The position of 
R26 (FWD power calibration pot) is very different between the two settings.

It appears that I might be able to cure this problem by changing the value 
of the two 3.9 K "SCALE" resistors (which are inserted into the circuit 
during high power measurement but are removed from the circuit for low 
power measurement).  But these resistors are part of resistor network RP1, 
which I do not look forward to removing without some good advice.

In my case, I believe I have calculated that each of the two 3.9 Ks should 
be increased to about 4.1 K, which prevents me from simply paralleling 
another resistor with them.  But I would want to insert a 5 K pot instead, 
just in case my calculations are off.

Has anyone solved, or experienced, a similar problem?
