The thing to keep in mind is all this speculation about BPL working or not,
BPL jamming or not, BPL profit making or not is irrelevant if it is approved
and comes to your neighborhood. Don't blather on to other hams (nothing
derogatory intended here). The only way to stop it is organizing, and
blitzing your representatives in Congress. They inherently don't trust the
FCC, so you just might get them to listen and get the FCC to behave more
objectively. Stop the horse before it gets out of the barn. Bob N7UA
