Wayne and crew need to start designing a BPL noise blanker muy pronto! =
Or, the other option is keep lots of 144, 220 transverter kits on hand.

It is worse than that, even.  BPL is permitted right now under the =
present FCC rules. If they do make a change to the rules, I can't =
imagine their lowering the limits. In any event, it would not have to be =
approved by Congress -- the Commission is empowered to create its own =
regulations.
