I presume the above test should be done with the preamp OFF? I have done =
this
on my K2 (which has 8.2V on the regulated line and the AGC trimpot) and =
have
set the pot so that there's just about no increase; this setting yields =
quiet-room
K2 volume levels that are okay with the volume control at 9-11 o'clock =
on=20
weaker signals.=20
