[Elecraft] K1 low power

   My K1, built not by me, has lately developed the
propensity to show lower power out than in the past.
I've got a board for 15, 20, 30 and 40M. Set to 5W,
and using the ATU, it shows 5W on the upper portion of
the 40M CW portion, but 4W on the lower, 4W on 20, and
3W on 30M, even if I set the power out to 7W. 5W on
15M, I think, though lately, there's been little
reason to visit there...I'm loading a 200' LW, and it
is matched to no worse than 1.1:1 on all frequencies.

  What must I check/tweak to ensure that I can get
close to the full QRP teaspoon?
