In the newer K2's where this is adjustable, what voltage is sought and =
at what point is it measured?  I would like to look at mine and see if =
my R1 should be reduced.  (I take it that if the AGC is turned off, =
change in this resistor has no impact.  At low AF settings, turning the =
AGC off has little effect on "volume," but at high AF adjustments, =
turning the AGC off increases volume enormously)
