After I posted that sentence above, I realized it might be
interpreted as a criticism of K1 VFO stability.  That was
*not* intended.  Having grown accustomed to the DDS
stability of three of Dave Benson's DSW rigs before I
purchased a K1, I was extremely surprised at and pleased
with the stability of the K1 VFO circuit.
