[Elecraft] Fun with the XV50 6m Transverter

Best DX in the ARRL VHF contest so far is out to about 400 miles. The =
XV50/K2 receiver performance is excellent. Having only 20w to a Sommer =
XP506 HF beam (~3 el equiv on 6m)  is the limiting factor in what can be =
worked of the many stations heard.=20

Perhaps Elecraft will consider offering VHF/UHF linear amplifiers to =
complement the XV's sometime in the future?=20
