[Elecraft] #3706 is Alive!

From reviewing the Elecraft reflector, it appears that a tradition has =
developed:  As each new rig is built a message is posted to the =
reflector, so here's mine.

#3706 is Alive!!!

Just to note, I had some problems with #3706 and Gary and Scott at =
Elecraft provided a lot of help to track down the problems, provide =
parts quickly - all the usual fine work they provide.
