[Elecraft] Problem with CAL PLL for 160 meters / INFO 232

The 'fix' is easy - just run CAL PLL on 40 meters.
You no longer need to run CAL PLL on 160 meters.  Run CAL PLL on 40 meters
instead.
I know the 160 meter manual still has instructions for running it on 160,
but that was written before the firmware version 2 came out.  Perhaps an
errata sheet should be included with the 160 meter option, but apparently
that has not been done yet - the folks at Elecraft have been busy with other
goodies lately.
